Synopsis

One day, the mysterious game “Tasuketsu” begins to turn everyone’s lives 180 degrees overnight. It is a survival game in which half the population dies each day. It is organised by the so-called Emperor, who selects a district every day whose inhabitants have to answer a question in the evening, and all those who have answered the majority correctly die.

Saneatsu Narita and four other students from Suginami High School now set out to survive the games and defeat the mysterious Emperor. Their “privileges” – mysterious special abilities that can influence the game – help them to do so. The game of life and death begins! Who will emerge victorious in the end?
