A strange mix of the abysmal animation you are used to from cheaply made isekai shows and then random scenes of bedazzling sakuga (TL: sakuga means animation). If the story was any good I'd be enjoying it - but it is not. If the characters were likable I'd overlook it - but they are not.
It's unfortunate, but the occasionally great animation can't carry this nonsense.
