Sailor Moon Sailor Stars (1996)

The fifth and final season of “Sailor Moon” brings all ten Sailor Senshi together again. First, Queen Nehelenia shows herself once again and tries to take revenge for her defeat at the hands of Serena. But as always, love will win!

Things get more interesting when the hottest boy band of the moment, Three Lights, takes on the school routine and shares the classroom with Serena, Amy and Mina. Rei also finds plenty of reasons to get involved. But the boys are surrounded by a secret: in truth, they too are Sailor Warriors – the Starlights. A war is raging in the universe because Galaxia is in the process of absorbing the star crystals of all the warriors, which will lead to the extinction of the planets. Sailor Star Fighter, Healer and Maker have been sent to find the “Light of Hope” to put an end to this. Sailor Moon wants to help the strangers, but the others are less enthusiastic about it, especially the Outer Senshi Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto – they want to stop the contact. But the reality is also catching up with this solar system, and soon the warriors are facing their greatest challenge. Once again, sacrifices have to be made.

Die fünfte und letzte Staffel von »Sailor Moon« bringt wieder alle zehn Sailor Senshi zusammen. Zuerst zeigt Königin Nehelenia sich noch einmal und versucht, sich für ihre Niederlage an Bunny zu rächen. Doch wie immer wird die Liebe über alles triumphieren!

Interessanter wird es, als sich die derzeit angesagteste Boyband Three Lights dem Schulalltag verschreibt und mit Bunny, Ami und Minako das Klassenzimmer teilen. Auch Rei findet reichlich Gründe, sich einzumischen. Doch die Jungs umgibt ein Geheimnis, denn in Wahrheit sind auch sie Sailorkriegerinnen – die Starlights. Im Universum tobt ein Krieg, denn Galaxia ist dabei sich die Sternkristalle aller Krieger einzuverleiben, was zum Erlöschen der Planeten führt. Sailor Star Fighter, Healer und Maker wurden ausgesandt, um das »Licht der Hoffnung« zu finden, um dem ein Ende zu bereiten. Sailor Moon möchte den Fremden helfen, doch die anderen sind davon weniger begeistert, insbesondere die Outer Senshi Saturn, Uranus, Neptun und Pluto – sie wollen den Kontakt unterbinden. Aber die Realität holt auch dieses Sonnensystem ein und bald stehen die Kriegerinnen ihrer größten Herausforderung gegenüber und es heißt erneut, Opfer zu bringen.
