Locke ist ein legendäres Super-Medium und lebt schon seit mehr als tausend Jahren. Es ist lange Zeit her, dass Locke sich aus all den übersinnlichen Kriegen zurückzog. Aber jetzt braucht ihn die Regierung für einen äußerst wichtigen Auftrag. Mithilfe einer üblen Intrige versucht Lady Kahn die Galaxis zu beherrschen. Regierungskommandant Yamaki wendet sich an Locke und bittet ihn, den bösen Machenschaften ein Ende zu setzen und den Frieden im Universum zu sichern. Um Locke zu vernichten, trainiert Lady Kahn ein Mädchen namens Jessica, um sie zu einem Super-Medium zu machen. Sinopsis:
