In the year 2010, the earth has been encircled by a toxic cloud so noxious that the population has to wear gas masks. Human morals have fared no better a violent crime is committed every 36 seconds!

Leading the attack on society are the cat sisters Annapuna and Unipuma. Sexy but ruthless, these bioengineered commandos ally with grotesque half-human, half-cyborg gang leader Buaku in ceaseless, naked aggression.

Enter the Tank Police. Lead by "Mr. Squad Commander" Britain, this space-age law and order patrol welcomes its newest member, Leona, during a round of "grenade golf" which puts the "terror" back in to their "interrogation" of a suspect.

However, these extreme tactics are necessary against the notorious Buaku Gang. This gang stoops so low as to terrorize a hospital in order to steal the urine samples of people unaffected by the toxic atmosphere! They only escape the fearsome Tank Police by virtue of a deadly stripteases performed by the feline crime sisters.

New-Port City hat ein Problem mit Kriminalität und um diese zu bekämpfen, fordert der Bürgermeister die Gründung einer neuen Polizeieinheit: The Tank Police. Die lebhafte Leona sorgt gleich zu Beginn für Aufregung, als sie in der Motorradabteilung Probleme mit den Tanks hat und versehentlich den Tank von Kommandant Britain zerstört. Da Leona eine Versetzung droht, baut sie, zusammen mit Al und dem Pfarrer, einen neuen, kleineren Tank aus Ersatzteilen. Der neue Tank, auf den Namen Bonaparte getauft, wird gerade noch rechtzeitig fertig, um Lord Buaku und seine Handlangerinnen Annapuna and Unipima davon abzuhalten, Urin von Leuten zu stehlen, die immun gegen die Giftwolke sind, die über dem ganzen Planeten schwebt …

En el año 2010 la Tierra está sumergida bajo una gran nube tóxica que obliga a sus habitantes a usar máscaras. Las ciudades cuentan con un alto índice de criminalidad y corrupción. La policía se siente impotente y el propio gobierno muestra su ineficacia. Por todo ello, se crea el Tank Police, patrulla de tanques policía dispuesta a cortar de raíz la criminalidad reinante. Los tanques son pilotados por un grupo de policías, si cabe, más locos y peligrosos que los propios delincuentes. Esto provoca que cuando salen a la calle, los ciudadanos huyan despavoridos, ya que el Tank Police siembra a su paso la destrucción y el terror. En la Tank Police ingresa un nuevo miembro, Leona Ozaki, una guapa aspirante a policía que, con las piezas de uno de los muchos tanques diariamente destruidos, crea un minitanque al que llama Napoleón y que le acompañará durante toda la historia.
