Synopsis

Hayato Kazami may be physically unharmed, but on the inside, he has been completely devastated since his defeat in the final round of the fourteenth Cyber Formula World Grand Prix, which cost him the world championship title. He spends his days doing nothing in his room while his friends worry about him. It doesn’t help that the new world champion, Guderian, is honoured from all sides on television. However, Hayato finally pulls himself together and swaps his car for the Sugo Garland SF-03, while the new Asurada for the fifteenth World Championship is being worked on diligently. But during the reorganisation of his team, he is suddenly faced not only with a new chairman, Kyoshiro Nagumo, but also with a new car and an up-and-coming young driver called Phil Fritz, who seemingly effortlessly sets a new track record in his debut race …
