Synopsis

Mars, the year is 2071, a few days before Halloween.
In a gigantic fireball, a tanker truck explodes on the busy Highway One, in the middle of the metropolis of Alba City.

A deadly biochemical weapon is released. Hundreds of deaths in the surrounding area are the result.
The bounty hunters, led by Spike Spiegel and Jet Black, begin their investigation as a bounty of 300 million Woolong was issued. Soon the crew of the Bebop realises that they are not only dealing with the mysterious Vincent Volaju and his perfidious vendetta against the government.

What role does the agent Elektra play? And what happened during the Titan War, in which Vincent supposedly met his death years ago?
The decision will be made on the night of Halloween …
