Synopsis

At the end of the twentieth century, a gigantic construction project is launched because of rising sea levels. For this reason, working robots called “laboratories” are built. However, the laboratories are not only used for building. The new technology also gives rise to a new kind of crime: “lab crimes”. To counter this, the police establish the Pat[rol] Lab Unit: “Special Vehicles, Section 2”.
