Synopsis

Jun’s father has sold the family home and moved abroad, but as Jun thinks it is best to stay in Japan for the time being, he is allocated his own flat. The relatively inexperienced boy still goes to school and has a part-time job, but his life is about to change fundamentally. When he takes his attractive new landlady Sumire shopping, she shamelessly greets him in sexy underwear, and he wonders what it would be like to have sex with the older lady. As he has become her personal assistant, he quickly gets to know the many residents of the building complex, which include waitresses and nurses, at close quarters during his assignments. It is not long before he catches his first glimpse of a tenant having sex in her flat. It seems that the establishment is actually designed for very special “services”, and his business relationships turn out to be more erotic than he could ever have dreamed of.
