Kamiya Koichi ist ein gewöhnlicher Schüler. Eines Tages ruft eine seltsame Stimme ihn aus seinem Traum und fragt ihn ob er, Kamiya die böse Macht namens Blade II bekämpfen kann. Am nächsten Tag lernt er den mächtigen Lord Yomi, Wong und Juju kennen. Lord Yomi will die Welt unter seine Gewalt bringen, deswegen gründet er mit seinen psychischen Kräften eine starke Gruppe. Kamiya benötigt das Erbe von Babel. Diese Macht kann nur vom wahren Erben verwendet werden, der Erbe ist natürlich Kamiya. Mit dem Riesenvogel vom Schwarzem Panther Rohdem und dem Riesenroboter von Poseidon schützen sie die Welt vor der bösen Macht von Yomi.
