Synopsis

The Black Nebula Empire declares war on Earth and destroys the defenders’ fleet at lightning speed. The humans are not yet completely defeated, but the invaders have landed a fortress containing a bomb that could destroy all life on the planet in the blink of an eye. While the military can no longer avert a surrender, the Earthlings’ last hope rests once again on the crew of the secretly rebuilt spaceship Yamato, who set off for the aggressors’ home planet to find a way to defuse the bomb in time and save their people …
