Based in the City of F, in the Prefecture of F, Ilpallazzo and his secret organisation ACROSS want to start subjugating the world. Loyal to him is, among others, the brave Excel, who willingly goes to her death for her master but is then sometimes revived by the great will of the macrocosm, only to die again, as well as the Martian princess Hyatt. One madcap experiment follows another, designed to turn the worst of humanity against them. Among other things, they try to control the masses through their favourite sports, which is why Excel and Hyatt are sent to study how bowling works. But other groups and powers also have a hand in this world, such as the Puu-chus, alien invaders who are so cute that the mere sight of them is hypnotic …

In der Stadt F der Präfektur F will Ilpallazzo mit seiner Geheimorganisation ACROSS beginnen, sich die Welt untertan zu machen. Ihm treu ergeben ist unter anderem die tapfere Excel, die für ihren Meister auch gerne einmal in den Tod geht, mitunter dann aber vom großen Willen des Makrokosmos wiederbelebt wird, nur um erneut zu sterben, sowie die Marsprinzessin Hyatt. Dabei folgt ein wahnwitziges Experiment von ihnen auf das Nächste, bei denen die schlechten Seiten der Menschheit gegen diese gewendet werden sollen. Unter anderem wird versucht, die Massen durch ihre liebsten Sportarten zu kontrollieren und Excel und Hyatt werden deswegen ausgesandt, um die Funktionsweisen des Bowlings zu studieren. Doch auch andere Gruppierungen und Mächte haben in dieser Welt ihre Hand im Spiel, wie die Puu-chus, außerirdische Invasoren, die so niedlich sind, dass der Anblick allein schon hypnotisch wirkt …
