Part 1: “Reflection”
High school students Mayumi and Kiwako spend their summer holidays at the beach. During a dive in the ocean, Mayumi makes an unusual find: a camera caught on a coral stick by its strap. The object even contains a piece of film, and the two are curious to find out what this strip hides, though the photo that emerges is more than strange. It shows a woman who looks like Mayumi lying in the arms of a man she doesn’t know. With the help of Kiwako’s brother, they try to find out more about this. But when they discover that the camera model is not on the market yet, it only raises more questions for the two. What does this mean?

Part 2: “File 538”
Planes disappear from the sky without a trace! If current rumours are to be believed, they even turn into carp in the process. A private detective investigating this mystery meets a mysterious couple – a father and his daughter, whose secrets draw him more and more into their spell …

Teil 1: »Reflection«
Die Oberschüler Mayumi und Kiwako verbringen ihre Sommerferien am Strand. Während eines Tauchgangs im Ozean macht Mayumi einen ungewöhnlichen Fund: eine Kamera, die sich mit dem Trageriemen an einem Korallenstock verfangen hat. Das Objekt enthält sogar noch einen Film, und die beiden sind mehr als gespannt, was dieser Streifen verbirgt, doch das Foto, das dabei zum Vorschein kommt, ist wirklich mehr als seltsam. Es zeigt eine Frau, die aussieht wie Mayumi und die in den Armen eines ihr völlig unbekannten Mannes liegt. Mit der Hilfe von Kiwakos Bruder wollen sie mehr über diesen Fund herausfinden. Doch als sie dabei feststellen, dass das Kameramodell noch gar nicht auf dem Markt ist, wirft das nur noch mehr Fragen für die beiden auf. Was kann das bedeuten?

Teil 2: »File 538«
Flugzeuge verschwinden spurlos vom Himmel! Wenn man den aktuellen Gerüchten Glauben schenkt, verwandeln sie sich dabei sogar in Karpfen. Ein Privatdetektiv, der diesem Rätsel nachgeht, trifft auf ein mysteriöses Paar – einen Vater und seine Tochter, deren Geheimnisse ihn immer mehr in den Bann ziehen …
