Eingeladen nach Deutschland während des 2. Weltkrieges wird Dr. Asagumo von Hitler gebeten, an der Forschung und Entwicklung der neuen Waffe Big X mitzuarbeiten. Besorgt über die möglichen Auswirkungen der Waffe verzögert Dr. Asagumo die Fertigstellung und verbündet sich mit dem deutschen Forscher Dr. Engel.

Kurz bevor Deutschland von den Alliierten besiegt wird, implantiert Asagumo eine Karte mit dem Geheimnis von Big X in den Körper seines Sohnes Shigeru. Kurz darauf wird er von den Deutschen erschossen. 20 Jahre später wird die Karte im Körper von Shigeru entdeckt, der mittlerweile in Tokyo lebt. Schon bald taucht eine Organisation auf, die mit den Nazis unter einer Decke steckt und stiehlt die Karte. Das Projekt Big X wird zum Abschluss gebracht und man erfährt, dass es sich bei der Geheimwaffe um eine Droge handelt, mit der man den menschlichen Körper verändern kann um enorme Kräfte zu entwickeln. Dr. Asagumos Enkel Akira gelingt es jedoch die Droge zu klauen und bekämpft die Nazis, die versuchen die Weltherrschaft an sich zu reissen …
