Synopsis

In the near future, murders are part of the daily routine in Shinjuku. The victims were drained of their bodily fluids. A man named Eko is known to be the killer. He was a Karas, a protector of the city, but before anyone noticed, he called himself Eko and started taking revenge on people.

Yurine is the person who leads the Karas to protect the city. To stop the murderer, she appoints Otoha as a new karas. Thus, the battle between the two Karas begins.
