Description

An agent of the British secret service named Cammy attacks and kills the Minister of Justice at an event. Chun-Li, who works for Interpol, tries to find out why Cammy attacked him. She finds out that some of the strongest fighters have disappeared around the world. Behind the disappearances are Bison and his secret organisation Shadowlaw, which wants to assemble an army of the strongest fighters. Bison also wants Ryu and Ken in his army. The two are best friends and learned martial arts together in the same dojo. Bison has distributed various cyborgs all over the world that film the fighters as they fight and transmit their data to Shadowlaw. As Ryu is hard to find and travel, Bison grabs Ken and brainwashes him …
