Description
“JoJo no Kimyou na Bouken: Phantom Blood” is set in Victorian England. The rich family man George Joestar lives with his son Jonathan Joestar and the boy, they have taken in, Dio Brando.
Jonathan wants to get on well with Dio, but the latter keeps blocking and trying to make himself look better than Jonathan in order to get a good standing with George and become the possible successor to the Joestars. He turns his friends against him, beats Jonathan in a boxing match and even steals his girlfriend away.
Seven years later, howeger, George falls ill. Dio seems to worry about George a lot, but Jonathan thinks Dio is up to something. He investigates and discovers an old letter from Dio’s late father, Dario Brando. The letter states that Dario died of a terrible illness. When Jonathan compares the symptoms with those of his father, he discovers that they are exactly the same! He finds out that Dio has instilled the same poison into both of them in order to gain their power and wealth. But Jonathan soon realises that Dio has some other things up his sleeve …

Sieben Jahre später wird George krank. Dio sorgt sich um George, aber Jonathan denkt, dass Dio etwas Übles im Schilde führt. Er stellt Nachforschungen an und entdeckt dabei einen alten Brief von Dios verstorbenen Vater, Dario Brando. In dem Brief heißt es, dass Dario an einer schrecklichen Krankheit starb. Als Jonathan die Symptome mit denen seines Vaters vergleicht, stellt er fest, dass diese exakt die selben sind! Er findet raus, dass Dio den beiden das selbe Gift eingeflößt hat, um an deren Macht und Wohlstand zu kommen. Doch schon bald merkt Jonathan, dass Dio noch andere Dinge im Schilde führt …
