Synopsis

Yasuo works in a ramen restaurant and is in a relationship with the pretty news reporter, Yukiko. However, things are not going well for him financially. After a customer leaves behind a green jacket, Yasuo begins to imitate the master thief Lupin, using his name for his own thefts. As a pickpocket, he eventually manages to make a decent living on the streets of Tokyo, but the fact that he tarnishes Lupin’s honourable name also makes him numerous enemies. As more and more imitators appear in the city, the real Lupin no longer wants to miss out on the spectacle and comes to the metropolis in person. Like one of his doppelgangers, he also has his sights set on the mysterious “Ice Cube” and, naturally, wants to be the first to get his hands on it, although this could be more difficult than expected …
