Description

Happosai fed up with Ranma interfering with his hobby, decides to use a sleeping incense on him to make Ranma "sleep till spring".But Akane accidentally smells the incense and due to unforeseen side effects starts attacking everyone and everything in her sleep. Now the gang has to find a way to wake her up.

Im Rahmen der »It’s a Rumic World«- Ausstellung zu Ehren von Rumiko Takahashi, wurde im Zeitraum vom 30. Juli bis zum 11. August ein dreißigminütiges Special zu Ranma 1/2 vorgeführt. Es stellt die erste Animation der Mangavorlage seit über 12 Jahren dar und basiert auf dem Kapitel »Nightmare! Incense of Spring Sleep« aus dem 34. Mangaband. Der Inhalt umfasst Happosais Versuch Ranma mittels eines besonderen Weihrauchs in einen Schlafzustand zu versetzen, der den ganzen Frühling anhält. Das Problem ist nur, dass einerseits nicht Ranma, sondern Akane das Gasgemisch einatmet und andererseits Happosai die Gebrauchsanweisung nicht gelesen hat, was ungeahnte Folgen nach sich zieht.
