Synopsis

For years, marauding biker gangs have been terrorising the city of Yokohama. Many of them are enemies, and fights in the streets are a daily occurrence. But one day, a single man risks his life to pacify the rival groups and bring them together. His name is Hiromi Katayama, and although he is only seventeen years old, the new general of the Kanagawa Alliance and leader of the Crazy Babies is widely known for his strength and morale. Now, however, not only are new delinquents joining his gang, but the dangerous Dragon Star Crew, which wants to take over the whole of Kanto, is invading their territory. Can Hiromi defend Yokohama from the invading thugs?
