Description

Hiromi Katayama, leader of the Yokohama biker gang Crazy Babies, tries to proclaim a one-month moratorium on violence while he trains new recruits and improves ties with his love interest, though his Tokyo rival, the Mad Emperor, has other ideas in this slightly comical bousouzoku anime reminiscent of Bomber Bikers of Shonan.

Die Stadt Yokohama ist zu einem gesetzlosen Gebiet für Bikergangs geworden. Eine Bande, die »Crazy Babies«, haben einen siebzehnjährigen Anführer, Hiromi Katayama, der innerhalb der Kanagawa Allianz für seine Stärke und seine Moral bekannt ist. Ein junger Anfänger, mit dem Namen Toshi Ikeda, möchte Mitglied der Crazy Babies werden und schwört Katayama, dass er die Ideale dieser Bande wahren wird, weswegen er in seinem ersten Probemonat keinen Kampf mit einem anderen Gangmitglied eingehen wird. Hält er sich nicht an diesen Schwur, verwirkt er sich jegliche Chance, bei dieser Gang Mitglied zu werden.

Ikeda, der ein sehr feuriges Gemüt hat, findet sich alsbald in einem Kampf wieder und entfacht unabsichtlich eine Fehde zwischen Kangagawa und der gefährlichen Nagoya Gruppe, The Dragon Star Crew, die ganz Kanto übernehmen will. Kann Katayama Yokohama vor den eindringenden Ganoven verteidigen?
