Die Oberschüler Saburou Tayama und Jun Hayami schwärmen davon, Mitglieder der berühmt-berüchtigten Bikergang Kirabu zu werden, die auf den Straßen Osakas unangefochten an der Spitze der Hackordnung steht und auch die Konfrontation mit der Polizei nicht scheut. Wären sie erst Teil dieser Gruppe, müssten auch sie vor keinem Gegner mehr zurückweichen, so der Gedankengang der beiden Schüler, als sie über einen Bekannten dem Kopf der Bikergang vorgestellt werden. Nach Initiationsriten und sonderbarem Training durch ein ehemaliges Mitglied aus den Reihen der Yakuza können die beiden bald auch die Eskapaden des hünenhaften Daisuke Jinrai, dem stärksten Mitglied und Kopf der Kirabu-Angriffstruppe, bestaunen. Als ein ehemaliger Anführer der Gruppe aus Tokio zurückkehrt, ruft dies die verfeindeten Gangs der Stadt auf den Plan: In Abwesenheit Jinrais planen sie, Kirabu zu zerschlagen …
