Hidamari Sketch × Hoshimittsu OVAs (2010)

This TV special tells two stories about the girls from the “Hidamari Sketch” series.

Episode 1: “June 11th: Family Restaurant Wasshoi / April 7th–17th: Natsume …”
When the girls around Yuno receive some coupons for a restaurant opening, they naturally have to check it out. To their amazement, they discover that their landlady, of all people, works there. Meanwhile, Natsume’s first day at school doesn’t go well: first, the train is late, and then she can’t find her shoe locker. After meeting Sae, Natsume is thrilled, but the reunion turns out to be unexpectedly difficult …

Episode 2: “June 23rd–25th: I have returned / July 30th: Barbecue”
Yuno can’t stand it anymore because of homesickness. Without further ado, she visits her family and spends time with her old friends. Miyako, on the other hand, finds an old barbecue and is eager to use it to celebrate the occasion. Soon, the residents of the Hidamari Apartment are hosting a small barbecue party with a few guests. This could be a good opportunity for Natsume and Sae to soften the hardened fronts a little.

Dieses TV-Spezial erzählt zwei Geschichten um die Mädchen aus der »Hidamari Sketch«-Reihe.

Episode 1: »June 11th: Family Restaurant Wasshoi / April 7th–17th: Natsume …«
Als die Mädchen rund um Yuno ein paar Coupons für die Eröffnung eines neuen Restaurants erhalten, müssen sie sich das natürlich unbedingt ansehen. Doch zu ihrer Verwunderung stellen sie fest, dass ausgerechnet ihre Vermieterin dort arbeitet. Währenddessen verläuft Natsumes erster Tag an der Schule nicht besonders toll: Erst verspätet sich der Zug, dann findet sie ihr Schuhfach nicht. Nach einer Begegnung mit Sae ist Natsume hin und weg, doch ein Wiedersehen gestaltet sich unerwartet schwierig …

Episode 2: »June 23rd–25th: I have returned / July 30th: Barbecue«
Yuno hält es vor lauter Heimweh nicht mehr aus: Prompt besucht sie ihre Familie und verbringt auch Zeit mit ihren alten Freunden. Miyako hingegen findet einen alten Grill und will den zur Feier des Tages auch gleich einweihen; schon bald veranstalten die Bewohnerinnen des Hidamari-Apartments mit ein paar Gästen eine kleine Grillfeier. Die könnte für Natsume und Sae eine gute Gelegenheit sein, die verhärteten Fronten ein wenig aufzuweichen.
