»Dungeon Travelers« ist ein Spin-off zu »To Heart 2« und versetzt Takaaki Kouno und die Mädchen in eine Fantasy-Welt. Dort müssen sie Dungeons erkunden und Horden von Monstern besiegen, um einen Weg nach Hause zu finden. Als Takaaki von Tamaki Kousaka entführt wird, machen sich die anderen auf den Weg zum Dungeon, um ihn zu befreien. Dort stellen sich ihnen jedoch Tamakis Gehilfen in den Weg.
