Description

The anime, partially realised with live-action content, tells the story of the lives of a colony of cockroaches that have made their home in the dirty flat of Saito-san. Saito knows of the existence of the cockroaches, but he is generally very messy and takes little interest in doing anything about the infestation. Therefore, the members of the Hosino tribe, led by the wise professor, have a carefree and beautiful life with food in abundance. At least until Saito’s new girlfriend moves in with him, who is not enthusiastic at all about the little creepy-crawlies …

Der teilweise mit Live-Action Inhalten umgesetzte Anime erzählt die Geschichte des Lebens einer Kolonie von Kakerlaken, die in der schmutzigen Wohnung von Mr. Saito ihre Heimat gefunden haben. Saito weiß von der Existenz der Kakerlaken Bescheid, aber er ist generell sehr chaotisch und interessiert sich wenig dafür, etwas gegen den Befall zu unternehmen. Daher haben die Mitglieder des Hosino-Stammes, der von dem weisen Professor angeführt wird, ein sorgenfreies und schönes Leben mit Nahrung im Überfluss. Zumindest bis Saitos neue Freundin bei ihm einzieht, die von den kleinen Krabbeltieren so gar nicht begeistert ist …
