Description

Tony Stark prepares to launch his new spy satellite "Howard", but the launch ceremony is interrupted by a terrorist attack perpetrated by Ezekiel Stane, son of Stark’s late nemesis Obadiah Stane.

Tony Stark, auch bekannt als der Superheld Iron Man, und sein bester Freund und Superheldenkollege Leutnant James Rhodes, auch bekannt als War Machine, können rechtzeitig auf einen Angriff von Terroristen reagieren. Der Mann hinter diesem Angriff ist Ezekiel Stane, der Rhodes tötet und dessen Mord Tony anhängt. Stane entwickelte derweil eine neue biotechnische Waffe, mit der selbst die Rüstung von Iron Man zerstört werden kann. Nun muss sich Iron Man auf den Weg zu S.H.I.E.L.D machen – und vor allem muss er seinen Namen wieder reinwaschen.
