Description

Kyōsuke Hyōbu, an ESPer who was betrayed many years ago is now one of the most powerful ESPers, and also a fugitive. However, behind that glare lies a kind heart- His main mission is to save ESPers who are mistreated by humans, even if that be by force. Through his methods, he has saved many ESPer lives, and gained the loyalty of those he has saved. The name of his group: P.A.N.D.R.A.

In einer Welt, ähnlich der unseren, existieren neben den normalen Menschen etwa 5% Menschen mit besonderen Fähigkeiten, „Esper“ genannt. Die normalen Menschen sind, mit wenigen Ausnahmen, den Espern gegenüber feindlich gesinnt.

Eine unkonventionelle kriminelle Organisation namens P.A.N.D.R.A. hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, die Esper zu beschützen und die Welt von allem Übel zu befreien. Auf ihrer Basis, einem Kreuzfahrtschiff, nehmen sie Kinder und andere Menschen mit besonderen Fähigkeiten auf und beschützen sie.

Auf ihrer Mission retten sie einen mysteriösen Esper namens Andy Hinomiya, der der Gruppe nach seiner Rettung beitritt.
