Synopsis

After Terry Bogard defeated his father’s killer, he continued his training. Now, some time has passed, and a new dangerous opponent has emerged: Wolfgang Krauser, an ultimate fighter from Germany. He makes plans in his castle on how to defeat Terry. His assistant in the plans is none other than the incapacitated Geese.

One day, when Terry is challenged by Kim, a fighter from Korea, and beats him in the fight, Krauser is already waiting for him and finishes him off, as Terry‘s foot is injured. After the fight, Krauser advises him to recover and fight him again in Germany. As a result of the defeat, Terry falls into a drunken stupor and loiters around like a bum. Meanwhile, Andy sets out with Mai to find Krauser and has to fight one of his bodyguards. When a boy who was helping Terry after his fight with Krauser is attacked, he regains his old form and helps him. Joe is badly injured by Krauser, and Terry gets ready for his toughest fight …!
