Als Tsugumi Harudori ihre Fähigkeit, sich in eine Waffe zu verwandeln, entdeckt, wechselt sie von ihrer gewöhnlichen Schule zur weltbekannten Shibusen. Dort angekommen lernt sie die beiden Waffenmeister Meme und Anya kennen, welche sich nach einer kurzen Auseinandersetzung mit weiteren Schülern als Partner für Tsugumi anbieten. Die unschlüssige Tsugumi kann jedoch nicht sofort entscheiden, wer von ihren neugewonnenen Freundinnen ihr Meister werden soll …
