Description

Velonica is the self-centered heiress of Galaxy Network, the largest communication service of the entire universe. As the coverage of the company expands, she visits planet Earth, an (in her view) underdeveloped world filled with unnecessary stuff like "human relationships" and "laughter."

Velonica kommt auf die Erde um einen Vertrag mit den Menschen zu erstellen. Da die Erde aber keinen Stellvertreter hat, findet sie einen Jungen bei dem sie denkt, er sei der Bestimmte. Da der Vertrag aber durch einen Kuss erfolgen muss und der Junge nicht wirklich bereit dazu ist, bleibt Velonica vorerst auf der Erde und lernt dabei Dinge kennen, die es in ihrer Heimat nicht gibt.
