Nachdem Tsutomu das Mahou Shoujo-Geheimnis von Mayuko, Izumi und Usagi entdeckt hatte, erklärte er sich kurzerhand zum Anführer der Gruppe, weil er sie mit diesem Wissen in der Hand habe und seitdem gemäß seinen Neigungen ständig zu erotischen Gefälligkeiten auffordert. Die drei haben sich irgendwie mit ihm arrangiert, denn letztlich ist er eigentlich ein harmloser Trottel und ihre Mission ist ihnen zu wichtig, als dass Tsutomu dabei ein nennenswerter Störfaktor wäre. Er ist nicht gerade der Hellste, denkt, wenn überhaupt, meistens mit der Hose und verhält sich wie ein patziges kleines Kind, wenn er nicht seinen Willen bekommt oder ihm etwas zu lange dauert.
