Der berühmte Mangaka, vor allem bekannt für seine veröffentlichten Vampir-Mangas, ist ein weiterer Gast der TV-Show Astraea’s Balance. Er hält Vampire für reine Fiktion, weshalb er gerade deswegen sie regelmäßig in seinen Mangas mit einbindet. In seinen Geschichten verzichtet er selbstredend auf eine Reihe der ihnen zugeschriebenen Schwächen, da sie nach ihm ansonsten viel zu schwach dargestellt werden würden. Nozumo Tamaki erfreut sich einer großen Fangemeinde, der auch Yumi, ein weiterer Gast der Fernsehsendung, angehört und nicht nur der im Anime erwähnte Manga Bloody Waltz ist eines seiner Werke, sondern ist Nozumo zufälligerweise der Namensvetter des gleichnamigen Mangakas von Dance in the Vampire Bund.
