Namiko Tsuki ist Englischlehrerin an der Kashima High sowie die Klassenlehrerin von Hazumu und seinen Freunden. Sie hat die Angewohnheit von einem Schlamassel in den nächsten zu stolpern, was wohl an ihrer extremen Tollpatschigkeit liegt.
Mehrmals erwähnt sie auch, dass sie noch nie in ihrem Leben einen Freund hatte und so steckt sie all ihre Energie und Zeit in ihre Schüler, dennoch fühlt sie sich meist einsam.
