Chloe ist eine Assassine und der persönliche Bodyguard von Altena. Anders als Mireille und Kirika benutzt sie keine Handfeuerwaffen, sondern Wurfmesser. Sie ist eine präzise Werferin und ihre Reflexe sind hochsensibilisiert. Ihre Tötungsart ist immer still und leise, sie mordet fast unerkannt. Von der Persönlichkeit ist sie ruhig und wirkt geheimnisvoll.

Mit Kirika versteht sie sich sehr gut und Chloe entwickelt eine Art Zuneigung zu Kirika. Hingegen behandelt sie Mireille distanzierter, weil Mireilles Misstrauen ihr gegenüber nicht verborgen bleibt. Sie lässt verlauten, dass sie die »Wahre Noir« ist.

Chloe ist die einzige Zeugin der Hinrichtung von Mireilles Eltern und hat Kenntnis über den Mörder.
