Seine beiden Mitstreiter Brave Kaiser und Drill sind neben dem Mecha Mach einige der wenigen Überlebenden der Explosion ihres Heimatplaneten Brave Planet. Gemeinsam kamen sie danach auf die Erde und fanden hier eine neue Heimat. Wenn einer der drei Mechas mit einem Menschen synchronisiert, steigt ihre Kraft dabei fast exponentiell, was Mach dank seiner Pilotin Chizuru zu einem starken Gegner macht. Der dunkle Herrscher Duke Machine schafft es jedoch durch einen hinterlistigen Plan die drei Pilotinnen der Mechas zu entführen und Mach und seine Brüder enorm zu schwächen.

Mach verkörpert die Mecha-Form von Ieyasu Kikuchi in Chises Computerspiel Courageous Superman Grand Braver.
