Alexei Donoia ist der Kommandant der Imperialen Ritter und somit der direkte Vorgesetzte von Niren Fedrok. Er befehligt die Armee des Königs und ist nach dessem Dahinscheiden der momentan mächtigste Mann im Land. Aufgrund der Feierlichkeiten im Schloss beordert er alle Offiziere der Armee zu sich, so dass sie dem Spektakel beiwohnen können. Die Probleme der Stadt Shizontania und der drohende Angriff unzähliger Monster scheinen ihn nicht im geringsten zu interessieren.
