Arnoul ist ein Mitglied des Studentenrats (weitere Mitglieder sind Kanna Kamiyama, Michie Outake und Präsidentin Lily Shiraishi) an der Costant Academy for Magick Arts und übernimmt hier vornehmlich Sekretärs-Aufgaben. Sie ist ein Mädchen der wenigen Worte, was eigentlich noch übertrieben ist, nur selten erhebt sie das Wort und wenn es dann doch einmal passiert, sagt sie schlichtweg nur »Guga«. Die Bedeutung des Wortes ist dabei aber ein absolutes Geheimnis und findet wohl für diverse Dinge Verwendung. Der Gedanke kommt auf jeden Fall sehr nahe, dass es sich bei ihr um eine Art Roboter handeln könnte, wobei das nicht sicher ist. Alle vier sind außerdem sehr eng miteinander befreundet, weshalb sich Lily auf Arnoul genauso wie auf die anderen uneingeschränkt verlassen kann.
