Theresa ist eine Frau, die Mitglied in der kriminellen Bande von Luigi Vampa ist. In der Hierachie steht sie an zweiter Stelle und hat daher sehr viel zu sagen. Diese Bande hat sich auf die Entführung und das Erpressen von Lösegeld spezialisiert. Sie gehen sehr skrupellos vor und vor allem Theresa geht mit aller Härte gegen die Gefangenen vor. Selbst ihre eigenen Untergebenen haben große Angst vor ihr, da sie auch nicht davor zurückschreckt diese zu verletzten oder eventuell sogar zu töten.
