Der Großvater von Re-l und Regent von Romdeau, der Raul Creed darauf ansetzt, den entflohenen Proxy einzufangen. Als Re-l mit dem Proxy in Kontakt tritt, sorgt er dafür, dass jeder ihrer Schritte überwacht wird, sehr zu ihrem Missfallen.
