Zeta und seine Mutanten-Gang terrorisieren die überlebenden Bürger der in Schutt und Asche liegenden F City. Er macht Gebrauch vom Recht des Stärkeren, das nach seiner Ansicht das letzte noch gültige Prinzip in ihrer zerstörten Welt ist. Und da er über enorme Kräfte verfügt, nimmt er sich siegessicher heraus, jeden der sich ihm in den Weg stellt, persönlich in die Schranken zu weisen. Und das alles nur, weil der Autor spontan sein OK gab, aus Excel Saga ein post-apokalyptisches Actiondrama machen zu dürfen...
