Nanami arbeitet zusammen mit ihrer Schwester Kurumi und ihrem Kindheitsfreund Masaru im Cafe ihrer Eltern, wo sie so ziemlich für alles verantwortlich ist, vom Wechseln der Glühbirnen bis hin zum Kellnern.
Zu ihren Schwestern hat sie schon immer ein sehr enges Verhältnis und vor allem mit Kaede verbindet sie sehr viel, weshalb sie auch ein etwas schlechtes Gewissen hat als sie nach all den Jahren, endlich in der Lage ist offen mit Masaru über ihre Gefühle zu sprechen, was sie aber auch nicht davon abhält, alles zu versuchen um ihren Freund davon zu überzeugen, dass sie die einzig richtige für ihn ist. In ihrer Kindheit hat sie aber auch gelernt, wie wichtig es ist mit seinen Geschwistern teilen zu können, was auch der Grund ist warum sie es nicht ganz so schlimm findet, wenn auch Kurumi etwas Spaß mit Masaru hat.
