Seil ist der Sohn des berühmten Drachenritters Burn und der beste Freund von Kakeru. Vom Charakter her ist er das komplette Gegenteil von Kakeru und zeichnet sich durch seine Zurückhaltung aus. Doch in der Gruppe fühlt sich Seil bestärkt und vergisst auch seine ständigen Angstgefühle. In der Truppe ist auch ein kleines Mädchen, welches Seil nicht von der Seite weicht. Doch ihm scheint die Sache nicht ganz geheuer zu sein, weshalb er aus Verlegenheit immer wieder die Flucht ergreift. Wie auch sein Vater trägt er die Macht in sich, Drachen Befehle erteilen zu können. Als seine Freunde in Not geraten, entfaltet sich seine Macht und er ist umzingelt von Drachen, die ihm gehorchen. Dabei beginnt sein Körper hell an zu strahlen. Zwar ist ihm so ein Respekt und Gehorsam, solch majestätischer Wesen, noch nicht entgegen gekommen, aber er lernt schnell, seine neue Fähigkeit gegen Lucifons Truppen zu nutzen.
