Hachi ist ein Waschbärdämon und diente schon dem Vater und Großvater von Miroku. Seit diese tot sind, dient er Miroku.
Er ist ein ziemlich schwacher und ängstlicher Dämon, aber auch überaus gutherzig. Meistens hilft er Miroku, indem er sich verwandelt und ihm als fliegendes Transportmittel dient.
