Wieder einmal wird die High School von Daten City von grauenhaften Geistern heimgesucht, sodass Panty & Stocking das Schulgelände von den Unholden reinigen müssen. Zur Verwunderung der beiden Engel attackieren die Geister sie diesmal in Heerscharen und spucken nach ihrer Vernichtung keine Heavens Coins aus, sodass der Verdacht nahe liegt, dass sie nur Handlanger eines mächtigeren Geistes sind. Die Geister mögen zwar schwach und wenig intelligent sein, aber in großer Masse können auch sie unseren beiden Engeln gefährlich werden. Wem sie wohl dienen?
