Zusammen mit den anderen beiden Vektoren Alpha und Delta kann sich Omega in Aquarion Omega verwandeln, wo er die Position des Kopfes einnimmt, während Vektor Alpha die Position des Rückens sowie Vektor Delta die Position der Beine inne haben. Anstatt das vorzugsweise die besonderen Kräfte der Elements Verwendung finden, verwendet Omega zwar hochmoderne aber relativ herkömmliche Waffen, dabei benutzt Omega im Speziellen als Hauptwaffe schnellrepetierende Lasergeschütze. Genauso wie die anderen beiden neuen Aquarions (Alpha und Delta), stammt Omega aus der Reihe der Assault Type Aquarion, der neuesten Waffe im Kampf gegen die Shadow Angels, entwickelt in Zusammenarbeit von DEAVA und der New United Nations Army. Aquarion Omega ist so gesehen das Äquivalent zu Aquarion Mars.
