Mitsuru ist ein guter Freund von Kozue und Maki, der in einem kleinen Ort einen Laden betreibt. Weil Kozue ganz alleine unterwegs gewesen ist, um herunterfallende Meteoriten beobachten zu können und es bereits zu spät geworden ist, um sie nach Hause zu fahren, gewährt er ihr bei sich Unterschlupf, aber nur wenn sie dafür in seinem Laden aushilft. Laut Kozue soll ihre Freundin Maki in ihn verliebt sein, wo wohl etwas wahres dran ist.
