Schon seit einiger Zeit arbeitet Kazuho bei einem Imbiss als Aushilfe, ist darüber aber alles andere als glücklich und möchte etwas daran ändern, es in ihrem Leben zu etwas bringen. Dennoch nimmt sie Jintas Angebot an sich als eine seiner möglichen Ehefrauen, dem Urteil dessen Sohnes Keita zu stellen und zieht vorübergehend bei diesem ein. Dort zeigt sich auch recht schnell, dass sie eine sehr talentierte Hausfrau ist und alles bis zur Perfektion beherrscht, sei es Essen kochen oder Wäsche waschen. Weshalb sie auch tatsächlich zu einer Art Mutter in dem bunten Haushalt wird, allerdings nicht nur für Keita.

Kazuho ist eine hart arbeitende junge Frau und gibt alles, um bei Keita einen guten Eindruck zu hinterlassen. Dass sie sich mit der Zeit immer mehr zu ihrem Schützling hingezogen fühlt ist da nur natürlich. Und trotz ihres strengen und rigorosen Charakters, besteht doch kein Zweifel, dass sie ihre Mitbewohner allesamt ins Herz geschlossen hat. Man sollte allerdings auch noch erwähnen, dass sie nicht besonders begeistert ist, wenn sie die Zuneigung ihres Sohnes in spe mit den anderen teilen muss. Zum Glück schafft es Noriko, zu der sie eine sehr innige und liebevolle Beziehung pflegt, sie immer wieder darüber hinweg zu trösten und alle negativen Gedanken verfliegen zu lassen.
