Poodle ist der Bürgermeister von Orange. In der Bevölkerung gilt er als warmherziger Mann, der bei allen beliebt ist. Er war dafür verantwortlich, dass die Stadt vor 40 Jahren neuaufgebaut worden ist. Allerdings wird derzeit die Stadt von Buggy kontrolliert, dem er nichts entgegen zu bringen hat. Poodle trägt seinen Namen weil seine Frisur so aussieht, wie die eines Pudels.
