Das männliche Fish Alien sucht die Ärztin Ryouko Mikado auf, da ihn einige Beschwerden plagen und bekommt von ihr eine Medizin verschrieben. Solange jedoch die Ursache seiner Beschwerden nicht behandelt worden ist muss er die Ärztin für Außerirdische wohl auch weiterhin aufsuchen. Er gesteht ihr weiterhin ein, dass vor einigen Tagen sein geliebtes Haustier Nuppul ihm abhanden gekommen ist und er es fieberhaft sucht, da es als sehr gewalttätig gilt.
