Gaily bildet zusammen mit Bob und Adamski das Team, das durch einen Angriff auf den Föderations-Stützpunkt Verwirrung stiften soll, damit Anavel Gato den Gundam-Protoypen stehlen kann. Außerdem sollen sie seine Flucht decken. Als Gaily zufällig sieht, dass die Föderation einige Zakus besitzt, die sie zu Testzwecken verwenden, sieht er sich in seiner Ehre als Zeon-Soldat herausgefordert und initiiert einen kurzen Alleingang um die Maschinen zu zerstören.
